Cagirgan Law Firm (CLF), a general practice law firm, established in August 2014, by its managing partner Mr. RizaFerhanCagirgan, provides services with a team of 7 people consisted of associate lawyers/consultants and supporting staff at its main office located in Istanbul. With assistance of its correspondent lawyers in all major Turkish cities, CLF is able to respond its clients’ urgent legal needs throughout the country.

The founder and managing partner of CLF and CIPS, Mr. RizaFerhanCagirgan, an attorney at law and a registered trademark&patent attorney, has an extensive experience and internationally well recognized reputation especially for his intellectual property practice and background. He represented major local and foreign clients in numerous contentious and non-contentious IP matters. He has been an active member of many international associations such as INTA, AIPPI, Marques and ECTA for years. He was always ranked and awarded as a top tier intellectual property attorney by reputable organizations and publications. Right after his departure from his 7 years of partnership at a reputable law firm at which he co-founded and headed the IP practice, he established his own firm in August 2014.Most of his long-standing clients followed him to his new firm. He is now leading an experienced team which is growing day by day with new hires. He started his own venture with the aim of being a leadingfull service law and IP prosecution firm in his jurisdiction through reflecting his individual success to his new firm.
